Abstract:

This article explores possible areas of integrating the history of Russian philosophy into the contemporary educational environment, its place in the cultural situation of our time and philosophy as a whole. It is noted that the history of Russian philosophy as an academic discipline began to fully develop only in the second half of the 20th century, and the formation of a community of historians of Russian philosophy was completed only in the first decade of the 21st century. Both the process of institutionalization of the history of Russian philosophy (the formation of departments, research centers, seminars, etc.) and an example of its deinstitutionalization are considered. The issues of the degree of integration of the history of Russian philosophy into the teaching of the general course of philosophy in higher education, the possibilities of conducting individual classes as electives or optional courses and their effectiveness as means of transmitting Russian philosophy to the public environment are discussed; the relationship between the history of Russian philosophy and other national studies is discussed. Possible negative consequences for the discipline itself are noted in the event of its adaptation to political expediency. Adaptive strategies for the implementation of the discipline of the history of Russian philosophy are analyzed. In this regard, the opportunities offered by the digital environment and artificial intelligence are highlighted. Commemorative practices and the prospects of philosophical regional studies are also considered.
