Abstract:

This article discusses the ideas of collectivity and the integration of individuals into a unified subjectivity. This concept, characteristic of the projects of cosmism and the Russian avant-garde, is aimed at facilitating a transition from a historically conditioned existence to the state of an actively acting timeless force. Particular attention is paid to their role in the modern philosophical and cultural context, which is marked by a tendency to revise subject-object relations in the direction of their equalization within a unified semantic environment. Against this background, the approaches of cosmism and the avant-garde stand out as attempts to preserve the exclusivity of the human, emphasizing its collective dimension. The key foundations for a future community of all people in the movements under study are identified as the distinction between natural and cultural principles, as well as the presence of a clear and achievable image of the future. In cosmism, the future is presented through a unique understanding of time as reversible, which consequently opens up prospects for the transformation of reality. In the Russian avant-garde, there is a general feeling of the future as having already arrived, which forms the collective consciousness. In conclusion, it is noted that despite the utopian and universalist orientation of the concepts under study, some of their elements can be regionally adapted in educational practices, cultural initiatives, and life-building strategies. These strategies aim to preserve cultural identity, form a collective vision of the future, and develop society in the modern world.
